The European Organisation for Technical Approvals (EOTA) is an organization constituted on the basis of the Construction Products Directive (89/106/EEC), in which the bodies for the granting of European technical approvals nominated by the EU Member States as well as by the EFTA States party to the EEA Agreement are represented.
