Activities for the Conference of Construction Ministers (Bauministerkonferenz)

• Notifying construction-related draft technical rules and provisions falling within the regulatory competence of the federal states in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/1535
• Secretariat for der Commission for Project and Cost Planning (Fachkommission Bau- und Kostenplanung) of the Committee for Public Building Construction (Ausschuss für Staatlichen Hochbau)
• Secretariat for Project Group Model Administrative Provisions – Technical Building Rules (MVV TB) of the Commission for Construction Engineering (Fachkommission Bautechnik)
• Secretariat for Working Group on Building Services of the Commission for Construction Supervision (Fachkommission Bauaufsicht)

• Recognition and monitoring of testing laboratories, inspection and certification bodies under the Building Codes of the federal states
• Keeping the directory of testing laboratories, inspection and certification bodies recognised under the Building Codes of the federal states
• Notification of testing laboratories and certification bodies in accordance with the Construction Products REgulation (Regulations (EU) No 305/2011 and (EU) 2024/3110)
• Coordination of general policy matters relating to recognition and notification
